Chef Paul Kirk is from Kansas City and he brings his computers to my shop to have them worked on and he often brings us BBQ samples!!!! EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!
I have known Paul about 10 years and he is a great guy. If you ever run into Chef Paul at a BBQ gathering make sure you stop and sample some of his great BBQ.
