Berkshire Alternative Dance is based in Reading, my home town and very proud of it. I have been in the fitness industry for long long time! Most of its pretty boring so wanted to get into something totally different and offer some diversity for men and women.

As a result I have grown and with my love of Yoga and Pole, I have started to follow the perfect physical activity that every human body should naturally be able to do.
