Isso pode estar acontecendo por duas razões:

1. O seu DVD de instalação (o windows vista vem em DVD) está danificado (riscado, por exemplo).

2. Você está usando o Windows XP SP2 - que não é mais suportado pela Microsoft desde 13/07/2010, e o Vista exige pelo menos o XP SP3.

Atualiz...

GeForce 8 cards aren't well supported by 10.6. Trust me, i have the 8600GT, it doesn't work well under Snow Leopard. I had only success with Leopard (10.5).

Tem que ser o vmware tools para Mac OS X. Dando uma pesquisa rápida você acha.

This also works with 11.04, you just have to patch the ISO to make it hybrid.

On the terminal, type: "isohybrid path_to_iso".

I am currently using/testing oneiric.

Here are my thoughts:

- Unity 3D is a little bit slow and buggy, but Unity 2D is much more stable.

- When i click "End Session", it takes a very long time for me to get to the LightDM screen.

The buggishness and unresponsiveness of unity is my only compla...

My god, this is my first time with arch, and after 3 installation attempts, i finally have it working just the way i want - Nvidia driver + KDE 4.7.3. Thank you for the tutorial.

This reminds me of Kubuntu 9.10, it was gorgeous.

The Air theme is fantastic.

Why is KDE 4 slow on kubuntu, but runs so smoothly on openSUSE?! (using 11.4)
