@Rexinization IF an American from California or Texas emigrates to Britain, would you call him Californian-British or Texan-British? No, you wouldn't. So we don't call J-Lin Taiwanese-American, unless Taiwan is a de jure country. But it is not. It's only a de facto country.

@JohnRyan8696 我是台灣人，但是不得不承認許多台灣人都跟他一樣是理盲。他可以天才到認為 發動戰爭= 在戰爭中強姦、種族清洗等等暴行。我一直跟他說，戰爭法規範戰爭行為，任何在戰爭中進行種族清洗、虐殺平民的人都是違法戰爭法的­。可是他老子不知道為什麼總是忽視這點，硬是給我扣帽子，說我沒有人性。你說遇到這種人，我們還該不該繼續開導他啊？

@MegaFishyyy The constitution of Taiwan considers itself the constitution of China. And the official name of the government ruling Taiwan is the Republic of China. So the Taiwanese are Chinese, both (largely) in ethnicity and nationality.

@cordellrobin 就算是台灣人，也不能說明什麼。統派的也說自己是台灣人，只不過是中國台灣人。

而且這些“台灣人”的話都不是從林書豪本人口中說出的。在他還沒像現在這麼有名前，在媒體上都說自己是Chinese。當然，C­hinese可以翻成華人。可是一個“愛歹丸”的家庭會教出隨口說自己是Chinese的小孩嗎？

大家想一想，他三番兩次在媒體上說自己是Chinese. 這不像一般的台裔美籍的人，一般都說Taiwanese-American。你們知道問題的嚴重性嗎？ 一個華裔美國人說自己是Chinese-American就算了，起碼別人還知道他是美國人。他竟然還單單說I'm Chine...
