If you identify with this song, you might also want to check out "Second Avenue" by Tim Moore on YouTube. It's from 1974, but expresses many of the same sentiments. Very good. Very sad.

Whoever designed this place certainly went out of his/her way to make it creepy as Hell. The nightmarish murals (bone-chilling no matter what the artist claims his intent was), the demonic horse with the laser eyes, the freaky artwork and ambiguous symbols. It all reminds me of the Wizard of Oz...
