Agnostic there is another aspect of religion of the Bible that is older than Judaism/Christianity&excisted in various cultures into the 19th even 20th century. It is called a folk religion of "General Revelation". It was like a watered down version of Judaism. EX.-A people in Myammar(Burma), the Karen had this religion well into the 19th century. Another people the Geddio in Ethiopia had it until Dec. 1948. When Christianity came, they accepted it with open arms. The book-Eternity in Their Hearts by Don Richardson, Regal Books 1981.

Agnostic in the former USSR1917-92 atheism/evolution/communism was taught daycare-university. The Bible was a banned book&parents could'nt teach it to kids.Within months of the fall of the USSR in 92, the Bible was reintroduced in Russian schools.The main one behind it was Olga Lutsenko&she was an atheist then. BTWshe is on youtube. Death threats caused her to leave in 96&she lives in Canada&is a Christian now. She still distributes Bibles in Russian&Ukranian schools&I support her financially. For 75 years atheism was taught, but for nearly 20 years the Bible is back in Russia&other areas of the former USSR.Check Olga Lutsenko's story on youtube. She talks personally about this.

The sum of all wisdom is to care as much about others as you do yourself. Potholer54 doesn't care about anyone but himself. When you see someone being gang raped the way Pot's atheists did Amenakin you have a few choices but only one of them involves putting yourself in the shoes of the one being gang raped. Standing up against bullies and identifying who the bullies are SHOULD be a no brainer. My life is simple.
