The only reason why there is a possibility for the opinion of Latin being not accurately pronunciatable is because of lack of practice. Anyone who has mastered all of its sounds (such as the dental d, t, the nonaspiration of voiceless stops and all other known features, there being 99 % of Latin's classical pronunciation known) will come to know that accuracy is possible
