(Note: Broly's powers were not used to it's full powers in any of his appearances; Goku and Vegeta can transform to Super Saiyan 4, partially reason for that is because they're full blooded saiyans. This explains that Broly has the ability to transform to that form, he was just not given the chance to do so. Legendary Super Saiyan form can also beat Super Saiyan 2 and 3 forms because the user's power will keep increasing as long as he remains in Legendary Super Saiyan form, oppositely with Super Saiyan 3, the user's power gradually decreases because of the power needed to enter the form.
