I own a new model Mini 14 in .223 and I consistently shoot 2MOA groups, sometimes sub 2. Not quite 1MOA but it is possible to get 2 or less. Good review though. Love my Mini. Been in the Army a while and I'd rather use my personal Mini than my issue M4.
