I tend to be opinionated, random, and a complete geek, as well a loyal friend. I find humor in most things, because I love to laugh and chances are that I will make you laugh as well. I am a single mother (by choice) of two girls who are 14 and 11. I enjoy learning new things, hanging out with my girls, and teaching them to be good people. Lately I have had my share of Right Wingers who are so ignorant and uneducated on what they are actually defending that I need to save my sanity and try to avoid arguing with them. I could really go without being called "Damn Liberal" from some clueless bumpkin for awhile. Either that, or I will just let you have at it with my 14 year old...who is so beyond educated in these topics that when we attempt to have a discussion regarding anything from The Bush Administration to the current state of our media, I end up feeling like an idiot. And trust me, I am no idiot. In saying this, please know that I will always welcome any educated, respectful debate...I really do enjoy them. Currently I am in the process of furthering my education by acquiring a degree in Political Science, then my Masters in Education. I believe greatly in the importance of educating oneself & America's youth.
