It is B2P. You buy the game but there are no subscription fee. There is microtransaction but they sell cosmetic things only.

There is no dedicated healer in the game. All of the classes can heal in some way but there are no direct heals. Every class ha its own heal skill. Above those all other heals are AoE so your teammates have to pay attention if you place down a Geyser as a water attuned Elementalist ...
