My hit rating varies depending on what helm I have on. It varies from 336 to 378. Keep in mind that different classes have different hit rating caps.

My guild typically starts forming raids at 7:30pm to 7:45pm server time (eastern US time). We don't raid every night. Typically we schedule raids a week ahead, and they are usually on the same nights every week. We sometimes throw together a raid group on the weekends as well, but those are spur of the moment type things.
