The text in the video is taken from the intro to a book by Banksy called "Wall and Piece". Some of the gallery pictures near the end of the video are from his exhibition in the Bristol City Museum, which were installed with great discretion. About this exhibition he had this to say:
"This is the first show I've ever done where taxpayers' money is being used to hang my pictures up rather than scrape them off."
Banksy is a graffiti artist.
"He is perhaps the most famous, or infamous, artist alive. To some a genius, to others a vandal. Always controversial, he inspires admiration and provokes outrage in equal measure.
Since Banksy made his name with his trademark stencil-style 'guerrilla' art in public spaces - on walls in London, Brighton, Bristol and even on the West Bank barrier separating Israelis and Palestinians - his works have sold for hundreds of thousands of pounds."

How he works? He creates stencils for his work because he came to realise that it is much faster than freehand.
Themes of his work are anti-war, anti-capitalism, anti-facism, anti-imperialism, anti-authoritarianism, anarchism, nihilism, and existentialism.
When asked about his technique Banksy said:
"I use whatever it takes. Sometimes that just means drawing a moustache on a girl's face on some billboard, sometimes that means sweating for days over an intricate drawing. Efficiency is the key."
Much is unknown about him for certain, such as if he had any formal art training. Only a handful of people know his face and yet his voice reaches beyond borders. His messages portray another side to society that many people wish to avoid. Some people feel offended by how bluntly he portrays many unmentionable subjects, I call it honesty. Either way, his artwork has inspired people regardless of gender, age, or place. When one man is capable of that, there is no question that what he's doing should be considered -- and is -- art.
