I've never seen anyone go to as much trouble to do something the hard way. No need to pre-screw the boards into the bucket, then later try and mix the concrete inside the bucket.

Simply mix up your concrete in a wheelbarrow, pour into bucket, then place the sticks in one at a time and wait.
