This isn't from the Star Club album or concert. It's from the Granada TV show recorded in 1964. It also featured a rather subdued Gene Vincent whivh you can see elsewhere on Youtube

This was London 1964. At that time it was the best rock show ever shown on TV - and it still is. There has been nothing to beat it and - while he was in his prime and before he became silly - there was no one to beat Little Richard.

Certainly not a premiere of the leather outfit. He had been wearing it since 1960 although this version dated from 1962.
