@MrPlanx Marco's chicken kiev video is miles better than this. The only problem is his method requires considerably better cooking skills given the way he cuts the chicken, opens his chicken breast up, chops the garlic, etc etc. But the filling is much nicer and presentation/final product is alot...

I just tried this recipe. It leaked :( He makes it look alot easier than it is - getting the chicken cut and flattened without any holes is hard, then dipping it into the egg/breadcrumbs without the two parts coming apart is just as hard. I need better cooking skills :'(
