Another step in the right direction for the Brit bands.... Nothing, and I mean nothing was ever close to this.... even today, where the music is fine, but not going anywhere in the future. It was common to hear greatness while not knowing it. Looking back... in retrospect... wish you were here!!!

Musically, this piece of music is possibly the best the Beatles ever produced. I remember the German Philarmonic Orchestra maestro...."masterpiece", "brilliant", "unbelieveable"...... and so on. Put words to it... better?? Perhaps. A song like many other Beatle productions, however, this one is t...

@musicksol Absolutely!!! We had it all... the bands of yesteryear were nothing short of excellent... Beatles, Stones, Pink Floyd, Kinks..... et al. Not sure if todays music will have that longevity.
I believe that we all thought that we had to keep a certain personna when walking through life, when all we had to do was allow ourselves to love this music when it first flew across the airwaves. Beautiful words and beautiful music. Memories of yesterday... thank you for bringing it back.
