Just Extract to Desktop, and remove the d3d9.dll and enbseries.dll if you download from the DDL. If you like ENB Series though, keep it on there. Make a shortcut with haloce.exe
If you have Halo CE already, but your version is not 1.00 (1.00.00.0609 under About in the settings menu), download the Version Changer from this link:

Launch with console enabled and when you're at the menu, hit the ~ key and type "version 1.00ce" and hit Enter.
Since this is Custom Edition, you'll need some custom maps to get the most out of it. Because of that, I made 2 starter Map Packs and a really small subpack filled with maps I forgot to put in before I uploaded Mappack 2.

Download and run the msxml.msi from that page. If you downloaded the Halo CE Torrent, look in the Redist folder. use the msxml.msi from there.
HOSTING GUIDE:
Forward the ports 2302, 2303(UDP) and 80(TCP). Make sure you're on a Static IP and your Firewall/AV is letting Halo through.
For a dedicated server and any client allowed, use Gandanur
