Temporary Mind has come a long way since their humble beginnings. Paul and Sam started as a duo just jamming, to playing open mic nights in their local pub 'Ye Olde Jolly Sailor', and as their reputation grew they now play major venues around the West Country .. .. An E.P was recorded and released titled 'FINALLY...' followed up with another album called 'The Present Moves On' for which they drafted in former Bass player Callum Thomson; and most recently, Glen Ferguson! They have also been given slots at Air Fusion and Decoypalooza music festivals, on the strength of a recording session with the organiser. .. .. Peter Murphy front man for legendary 80's Goth band BAUHAUS, liked their sound enough to have them open for him at Leamington Spa Assembly Rooms 10th October 2009, while on his sell out world 'Secret Covers' tour. He commented that "Temporary Mind performed very well, and are destined for bigger and better things!" .. .. Their most recent big gig was at "The Teignmouth Music Festival" supporting Rhapsody one of Europe's largest "Queen" tribute band on a large open air stage. New material has been written, and should be recorded very soon. With this new material and fresher sound, plus guitar endorsements from "Adam Blacks Guitars" (Paul) and "Vintage Guitars" (Sam).... who knows what the future holds for Temporary Mind!!!! .. .. Temporary Mind have not forgotten their roots and the local fans who have supported them and in doing so have helped raise money for local charities including 'The Snooky Trust Charity' and 'The Helen Foundation'. .
