this was a strange video to watch, nice but strange to me-you see I study genealogy and can only trace my ancestors back so far into scotland and ireland; but my blood type is O negative and my hair is red and eyes are blue; hmm, gives one something to think about; thank you for this video

Some in the Basque region have it, just like some in Ireland, Scotland, Morocco, Brazil and various other places have it. It is not a Basque thing, it is a Neanderthal thing, Neanderthals are the origin of O negative blood.

I just subbed. This last month I ran across the this blood info. I am O Rh negative and as I had an RH baby I thought my blood was no good and felt guilt. So interesting learning about this. Thank you. Peace to you and all.

I am AB rh- and so is my mother ? My grandmother was English and my grandfather was Icelandic i beleive he has o blood . As far as i know my mom and I are the only 2 with the AB rh- ? Not sure how it all works yet. My moms hair id red and so was my grandfathers my hair is blonde with red in it. Thanks for explaining i have always been curious about my blood type. And there are alot of other questions that I am hoping will be explained to me in your videos. Thanks for doing these.

Actually I disagree Katy, wanting to perserve our species and teach the truth about it, is NOT racist. Just because you read something in a book somewhere does not make it true.
