hey teemu i am interested to know how many times a week u train as there is a bit of variation in volume with the top guys,some say 5 times a week others only 2,personally 2 times works best for me,should i start adding in another day,i still cant believe u can rep 3.5 for 12 mental gripping i think ull bust the 4 early nxt year,good luck
