Next time when such thing happens make a little bath with warm water.
Put his butt in it so it gets loose, then you can easly remove the dirty stuff without loads of stress or pain.
But good you saved the little fellow.

@Mouzle Sorry for the late response. I live in the Netherlands, i went to belgium to get a female and obviously to Germany to get a male. April im gonna let them together to breed with them. If you are ever in The netherlands you are welcome to see them and maybe have a baby from them.
