It is our understanding gained through science that expounds the beauty of the world. I can not fathom why a person would so mar the true beauty of the universe by interjecting their own ignorant desires as superior to it just for their own aggrandizement. It is beautiful for what it reveals to us, not for what we impose upon it.

Technocratically based democracy. Theocratic governments are my bane, especially "theocratic democracy". It's an oxymoron. You'll have a better chance of convincing me of the existence of cubic spheres or other diametrically opposed concepts.

NATIONAL+RACIAL+GENDER PRIDE/SHAME

I group these together because they're all equally silly to me. How can a person be "proud" or "ashamed" of being born on one side or the other of an *imaginary line*, or "proud" of being born one color or another, or "proud" of being a male or a female? Are people's lives so lacking of choices and accomplishments worthy of real pride that they have to grip onto things they had no choice in deciding?
For those idiotic Americans that call me anti-American hating Eurotrash, or similar: I'm an American citizen by birth (not that that is anything special), I just don't live in America. Take your nationalistic crap elsewhere. It's just a bunch of silly lines on a map anyway.

My username includes the word "technomancer", a practitioner of technomancy. It is a portmanteau of technology and mancy (a word often used in fantasy and similar genre; ie necro-mancy.). Simply put, 'the magic of technology'. For it is the technology we develop through understanding gained by scientific advancements that allows myself, and anyone really, to perform feats that only a few hundred years ago could only be described as 'magic' and would have gotten us burned at the stake.
