About Me:

Our mission at Team Sting is to provide competitive volleyball training for girls ages 8-18 in Central Alabama. We will strive to always provide coaches for our girls that have either coached, played or are playing at the collegiate level to ensure that each girl is receiving the best possible instruction in the area.

Individual fundamentals and team concepts will be emphasized in a competitive environment, but always with the compassion for each child to reach their potential. Our program is grounded in Christian principles; teaching the girls to appreciate and respect the athletic gifts that God has given to them as well as learning the concepts of hard work, dedication and respect for themselves, their teammates, coaches and parents.
