History of the PASIONISTAS:
On Dec. 20, 2007, an online discussion thread for Piolo & KC was created in Pinoy Exchange website (PEX). This PEX thread now became a second home to most Piolo-KC fans. At first, we were just online buddies (PEXers) who share an admiration for Piolo & KC. For almost a year, we did not have an official name for our group. We were simply supporters of Piolo & KC who came together for our love for them.
Then sometime during the last quarter of 2008, news came out about plans of a Piolo-KC TV project. We were so thrilled, it was what we had been hoping for. The long wait for most of us was finally over.
So it was apparent that a new name was needed for our group as more friends came out - from Piolo Addicts/HyperActives, to KookiBerks/KCnians, to MegaBerks/Sharonians, and some other fans who are as excited to see a Piolo-KC team-up.
Then came the name - PASION (from PAScual & concepcION). Our group's name went from Pasion Berks to Pasion Club and then finally settling on PASIONISTAS on Nov. 5, 2008.
Today, our PASION family keeps on going, growing & glowing everyday.
We hope you could join us as we continue to build more friendships along the way. Let's all celebrate our love for Piolo & KC as we continue to witness their journey to friendship, to love & to life.
