We are a group of ordinary people who have the desire to actively prepare for the arrival of our loved and awaited Imam Mahdi (a.s).We reside in Sydney, Australia and gather every Friday night to send our salutations to the awaited Imam Mahdi (a.s) During these gatherings we also discuss a wide variety of topics that cover many aspects of religion, including the return of our leader and Imam (a.s). Special focus is put on the guidance of light and how it is linked to us all from within... To put it simply, with the right formula and with Allah's swt direction, we can all find the guidance of truth within us.As Imam Ali (a.s) said "This significant creature (human being) is so great that he has the universe within him."Just by analysing this saying of our first Imam we can reflect and come to know that the creator and the designer of this universe, has left his signature within us.FOR US TO FIND THE TRUTH WE HAVE TO WANT THE TRUTH.We have to want to establish truism within us, so that Allah swt, our creator may want to reveal truth to us as sincere seekers.Being a sincere seeker of truth comes with many struggles and trials. Once we have discovered the prescribed limitations, conditions and rules of the Almighty through the Holy Quran and the teachings of Ahlul Bayt, we must follow them overriding our struggles and trials with faith and devotion for the guidance to be revealed. Here we may stop and try to grasp these very points, because in them we can find the light that guides us and all ignorance from within us will be destroyed. Awaiting his return, with steadfastness and good deeds, in preparation for his arrival will ensure that we recognise the one who shall return. We must enforce our faith and train ourselves to become un-wavering in the struggles of this world. We must protect ourselves from the desires that we posses in mind, body and soul, and stay within the prescribed limitations of our creator. We must be prepared and ensure our submission to his leadership, before our Imam Arrives.You see my brothers and sisters the world is being engulfed by blackness.The truth is quickly disappearing, injustice is ruling our lives. STOP for a minute and look around you, try to see what is happening in the world. How much longer can we keep going this way before self destruction visits us? I am sure that all of you who have visited Team Mahdi are on the same waves of thinking. It is our duty to establish the state of office for the Imam Mahdi before he rises. This is why we have developed a charity in his name. With your generosity Team Mahdi will distribute aid to the needy in Iraq and Lebanon. With Gods help we will provide for the needy on a monthly basis. Our aim is to deliver aid to the deprived, with the essentials of life including; Food, important supplies such as gas and water and medicine. You can see the way your money is being spent through the pictures we post we post on our website.
