Teen Education Athletic Mentors (T.E.A.M.) is a non profit organization compromised of dedicated group members and an entertaining athletic team consisting mainly of dunkers. As a club, our goal is to mentor and guide youths and teens into positive lifestyles.

The organization strives to provide a positive influence on youths and teens through our athletic exhibitions and influential speeches. We are dedicated to enlightening students on the benefits of community or school-based extra curricular activities, engaging in healthy and active lifestyles, and recognizing the importance of academic education. Through our speeches, we aim to encourage youths and teens to participate in their community and form positive kinships with community members, teachers, principles and other students. At the end of our presentations, we allow students to ask any questions or raise any concerns they may have about our organization or community work as well as providing any helpful insight we can on their futures.

Our athletic division is comprised mainly of a dunk team of several members who have turned their hobby into a community project. The team has had a long history as a York University club before becoming an official organization. The team has actively participated at the York University Sports Camp, performed a dunk show at the end of the year barbecue at St John Chrysostom Elementary School, and have performed several dunk shows at Uxbridge Seconday School during the half time of the high school basketball games. Some team members have also been privileged to dunk at the Air Canada Center during the halftime of the Toronto Raptors game.

T.E.A.M. understands that each school has different protocols, procedures and routines. Therefore, we are more than willing to arrange our athletic exhibitions and speeches around the preference of the teachers and principals of each school. The length of our show and speech will also be arranged at the school's preference.

We are also York University Club, however we are not attempting to persuade students to enroll at York nor to join a basketball/dunk team or even focus mainly on a future in athletics. Rather, we are focused on community engagement, mentoring and uplifting youths and teens, and providing positive leadership.
