Someone just turned me on to an old sixties video called Talk Talk by some band called The Music Machine. Loved you Ramones, (RIIP) but I have to agree, you were probably influenced as teenagers by those guys?

I've just been checking out the covers of this song. (one of my all time favorites) This one beats the crap out of some band called Status Quo.

I checked this out a few months back and there was a post from one of the back round singers talking about the session. Thought it was one of the more interesting ones I've run across. What happened to it?

Great live version. The guitarist plays like he's just dying to cut loose and join in the energy. But his taunting back round licks produce a great heavy bottom.

Safety Dance was one of my all time favorite videos back in the day. Very cool to see such an energetic live version. I had tickets to see them in Redondo Beach at The Strand back in the 87 (Pop goes the world days) but they were no shows.

Even at age 10 I thought this had to be the worst song in history. Had to come back and make sure. Yep, It still is. "How now brown cow," had nothing on this.

This is the first band I ever saw. It was at the Teen Fair at the Hollywood Palladium. They were with some other band called Yellow Balloon. They were pretty good, but the best band of the day was some group called Boston Tea Party. I thought they were going to be big, but I never heard of them...

I always thought this version was kind of weak, but MWH released a Club Version at the same time that was really pretty good. But I can't find it anywhere. Anybody know where it is?

This song totally reminds me of Joe Cocker's "Feeling All Right." Since Steve Winwood wrote and played on it, it's pretty obvious where his inspiration came from – right here.

I remember this song from my sister's Spencer Davis' Greatest Hits album. I didn't appreciate the genius of the Steve Winwood era at the time.(Certainly do now) This was the song I used to sneak into her room and listen to when she was gone

They do sound like the early Beatles, got to admit. There was band a little later that did it just as well called Badfinger. Of course they sounded like a later version
