Up until a few years ago, I would instantly kill any spiders I came across because of my fear.revulsion/dislike of them. But who am I to take a life? Now when I find them in my apartment I catch them and release them in the lobby room of my building where they help the plants out that are infested with various pests. It's hard for me to see any animal get killed, whether it's the mouse in your video, or a cockroach being drowned and eaten by a Waterbug, etc.
