the golf r is not sub 20000 when it hits uk shores more like 30000 + plus. Bit of a rip off, would be prefer a focus rs more power and can get lux pack 1 and 2 and still go on holiday.

nice one. This car will defo have problems, during high revs during the wearingin process 0-1000 miles needs not to be reved. My dad done it to his seat ibiza fr nothing but probles, excessive oil consumption, head gasket blew. i,m sure it will fine, at least its not cold. Nice car though.

Have you changed the cambelt at all, or has it been changed. Just that I have one an M reg and it only has 120000 miles on. Dont know If cambelt has been done, but it looks fairly knew and ford say it looks like it has. I am going to get it done at 160000.

Glow plugs? its not serious, yeah i agree with stankujio egr or air flow sensor? but then if that was it glow plug light would not be flashing. Simple fix take to vw still under warranty. :_

@robertdevald Honestly was in autocar back in January. Set to include 180bhp and Dsg, so should be pritty quick for this type of car. Same engine as polo gti.

You can get the normal ford focus rs upgraded by ford to 350bhp for £1995, and its not aftermarket or it doesent invalidate the waranty. Bargain.!

Looks like lipo mode, or whatever its called on fords. To protect engine doesent let it rev it about 2500rpm, but i dont no why the engine lights isent on. Maybe its, a possibility. Sometime this is also cause by filling up with to much oil.?

How are you surpose to get to the rear 2 seats? Do the 2 back side seats fold or you get in the boot way.
