Sonia shows us how to make local speciality Lancashire Hotpot. All you need is Lamb, potatoes, onions and fours hours to cook the thing.

Ingredients

* 3lb old potatoes

* 1lb onions

* 1lb (neck chops) or 1lb lamb chops

* salt & pepper

* 1/2pt water

Heat oven to 180C
Cook for 4-6 hours
