I make all my videos on Windows Movie Maker, but I'm starting to use Sony Vegas when it comes to better editting. For all my fandubs, I do the voices and singing on Sony Vegas. Then I transfer it to WMM for video making.
AMVs I make are Shito/Michiru and Nozomu/Kafuka. I love those two pairings, and if you don't like them...uh, subscribe anyway? xD
