TargetWeight PRO provides a step-by-step lifestyle profile builder from which, combined with your data it computes your Health Risks scores such as Cardio Vascular, Type II Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome. TargetWeight PRO also keeps track of your physical activity by tracking your daily steps, your workouts and active minutes. From your profile and target indicators it provides your Basal Metabolic Rate, the total amount of Daily Calories your body needs to maintain its weight, and the total amount of Daily Calories you need to reach your target weight. TargetWeight PRO does all the above and more, let's you add up to eight users, provides you the ease to add text notes, record audio notes and photo notes. You can also activate its online backup service so your data is safely stored and recoverable should you break, lose or upgrade your iPhone.
