Omega point, ah yes that's one of my favorite parts, that and how he describes the movement up through evolution towards more consciousness. I didn't believe he'd be able to do it. But after a few pages I was amazed at the one thread he was able to tease out of the phylogenic tree, as complex as it is. The nervous system, the brain, etc. Wonderfully elegant.
