I was born in Greater Manchester, England. My family and I moved to Auckland, New Zealand in 1993 (or Tāmaki makau rau as the Māori pronounce it) where most of my relatives live. I have played bassoon (das Fagott) for 9 years. I was in the NZSO National Youth Orchestra for 4 years. I am also fluent in the German language. Due to my father's occupation, we moved to the United States later in 2005. And I have resided here since then. Hopefully one day, I can move back to New Zeland! Go Kiwis!
