Saw Dio with Elf once in Syracuse. Accidently happened upon them while barhopping one night. Great show, knew Dio, if not the whole band was destined for greatness. I had barely heard of them at that point though. Good memories.

Use to see these guys every time they came to Syracuse at the Lost Horizon. Prolly at least a half dozen times. I can't believe they didn't get huge. They were so polished, and the music was excellent. All of it. Great memories of my mis-spent youth...

My favorite Conway song as well. Although I was very surprised to find out that Conway started his career with a doo wop/rock song called "It's Only Make Believe" That has become my second favorite song by Conway. Bet he's wow ing them in heaven right now...

My mom had this song on an album of Country chart toppers back in the mid 60's. Many of those songs grew on me after she played them so much. This was my favorite song on that album. Thanks for uploading it for us.

That quiver in her voice just melts you away! We only get a voice like that once in a generation. My mom, and older sisters used to play her records a lot as I was growing up. Loved her then, and still do over 40 years later.

Good version, some versions strayed so far from the original as to make the song almost unrecognizable. I have yet to hear a live cut, where they played the instruments like the studio take. But this is the closest so far.

My wife and I chose this as Our personal song when we got together almost 27 years ago. Yes, the flame still burns brightly. My jaw did drop when I found out thius song was done by the same band that did "Surrender", and "I want you to want me".

Nice song. But the vocals were muted as opposed to the music. He's got a good enough voice, so why drown him out? Just saw them in Syracuse. Those crying about Lou should realize that without Kelly, the alternative is having to listen to the garbage music that's put out there today...
