I don't know why so many comments are negative. She is a typical 12 year old who is excited about getting her ears pierced and being ale to wear earrings. This was a major event for her. She will probably remember this day for many years to come.

It's nice when the parents support their son's ear piercing like his mother did. Why didn't he get both ears pierced? When my son got his ears pierced we never even considered piercing only one ear.
