Youtube has HD videos now, be sure to check them out, and watch the Tube in HD.
The economy looks bleak. Jobs are scarce and money is tight.
Yet the Youtube partnership is going strong. So, go apply. Why not get paid for uploading vlogs.

The face of Youtube has changed. A lot of commercial entertainment companies have come here to post their stories and professional productions. Yet there are still thousands of average joes posting vlogs and home-made videos. The community exists as before, so why not get involved.

CAST ONE ENTERTAINMENT
I have spent the last three years making an attempt to entertain everyone that watches. While I hope to continue to entertain you all, and to avoid disappointing you, I will continue to make videos that I feel are relevent to the topics of the day. I will push you, I will challenge you, and I will inspire you to reach for more. You will be motivated to follow me to the end. To see what exciting things Youtube continues to bring.

October 28, 2006 I made my first Youtube video. It is gone now but the earliest one I have is the Michael Richards video which was made shortly after I started on Youtube.
January 2007 I was a participant of the first ever Youtube gathering, which took place in Hollywood, CA with SMP Films.
January 2008 just a year later, I was welcomed into the Youtube Partnership Program. For the first time, my videos seemed to have some self worth. It was like achieving something great.
Febuary 2009 I was approved to be a participant in the beta program on Youtube to allow my videos to be downloadable on Google, sort of like on Itunes. Have not used it much, but again it seemed to make my videos worth something.
What started out as a hobby has become a ladder of success. Climbing from one program to the next, from a novice video maker, to a professional video content creator. It is still a hobby, but it is one I get paid to do. And although I may never get rich doing this, it does put gas in the car each month without having to use the money from my real profession.
And on October 20th, 2009 I reached the mark of 4 Million all-time video views on YouTube. A small number in comparison to some on here, but an accomplishment none the less.
October 28th, 2009 marks my third year on Youtube. It has changed, and the journey was well worth it.
