During the final battle the Queen goes to make Sonic a pond but Sonic runs into the jail area. Eggman gets him with a needle which injects antibodies and some of the godly powers from Dark Gaia. he becomes Eggmans pawn)

Sonic,Tails and yacker thinks that they saved the planet becuase they shut down all the generators but eggman have enough power to release his major plan he pull a thing the i don't remeber what is called then all the tropical resort was without light and the next thing i cant say it because i don't understand it ._. but then eggman builds a giant robot called "egg nega wisp" (it looks like purple frenzy) then there it comes the final battle a lot of wisp comes to sonic then there is a rainbow attack (RAINBOW ATTACK BITCH!) then the final battle finishes then there is a black hole (i don't know if is a black hole) then it suck eggman (he didn't die) then sonic needs to run in terminal velocity it looks like he lose and some wisps save sonic from the black hole then a lot of dark wisp (purple wisp and especially violet wisp) turn to normal the black hole is gone jacker is going to home blah blah blah credits and the end
