Hey everyone, and welcome to my channel!

First of all thank you for visiting my page. I hope you enjoy it, and if you do please subscribe!

I'm Becky, and I'm a country girl from Nottingham who is currently living as a student in London. When I first moved here I started to live a VERY unhealthy lifestyle.....drink, fast food and very little exercise! So earlier this year I joined Slimming World, and have since been trying to shift those extra uni pounds and keep in shape!

I am no exercise junky, in fact I almost die after 10 minutes in the gym. Likewise I am an appauling cook, and beans on toast is pretty much my limit! So I have set up this channel to document my journey to learn how to cook, stay fit and eat more healthily. I will be videoing my attempts to cook my way through yummy/healthy Slimming World recipes, whilst trying not to poison my flatmate who is my official guinea pig! I will also be sharing any tips that have helped me during the week, including exercise and eating out. Like millions of other people out there, I also have a gluten allergy. So wherever possible, I will be using recipes that can be adapted for the needs of those who struggle to eat wheat/rye/barley.

This channel is simply a bit of fun, and I would love to hear from any students/slimmers that are struggling and any advice they may have!
