this staff is very glitch prone, either it stops working completely after a period of time or if you have a perk in conjuration (+50% more powerful summons) it breaks as well

another sad part is only very few companions will ever touch the staff

obviously I can't talk into people's preference, just stating the actual ins are not enough (and are easily bested by enchants, being nothing exclusive) to counter the outs and their exclusive skills being useable only once a day is very poor not to mention its use is limited to stealthy gameplay...
