There is a rare Nahuatl book that is actually written by a Native Nahuatl speaker named "La Voz de Tenochtitlan" by David Vazquez.
For a more common book, I would recommend you Nauatlajtoli/Nauatlatoli (title depending of which Nahua dialect you go with. There are other books, but they're rarer.). They're the books that Nahua children use in Mexico.
