Use extra money to create competitions for new Ideas at the local community colleges, high schools, and universities. Make a prize competition for the best plan, design, idea to innovate, I'll tell you that those kids will surprise you. Even if a fruitful Idea does not emerge I gurantee they will make you think differently. We can end the recession very quickly if we look to our greatest resource THE PEOPLE.

I propose a Common Sense Legislation Bill! The bill will read as follows: All bills that cannot be read or understood within a day must be repealed. Therefore, any legislation that cannot be explained without the use of a lawyer to someone with a high school education, Must Be Destroyed!
