* Posting chain messages is spamming.

* Posting "please watch my videos" messages is spamming.

* Posting iPod, survey and other scams (and they are ALL scams) is spamming.

* Tag spamming is placing words into your video's Tags section that have nothing to do with your video, to falsify search results, and trick others into watching your video by accident.

* Tag spamming is not just unbelievably annoying, it's a violation of YouTube's Terms of Service agreement - the contract you agree to when you sign up - and grounds for account termination.

* If you're sick of spam comments, including chain comments, just click the "Spam" link next to the comment. It will be reported to YouTube, and if enough people report the comment, it will become hidden and the spammer will soon be terminated.

* If you're sick of tag spammers, click "Flag as Inappropriate" in the video's main page, choose "Other Terms Violation" and submit.
