Currently residing is Savannah, GA, Dawn Duchess began her music career in 2008. She first began writing poetry when she discovered she had alot more to say which led to recording songs inspired by her poems. Duchess has opened for a couple mainstream artist but is looking to expand her career nation wide. The first mixtape "Self Introduction" was released in June 2010 and "2ND Time Around" was released December 2010. Her goal is to help uplift the game of female mcees by bringing a unique sound and an impressive flow of lyrics to each track.
