Hey chris! On the website you're all talking about doing pull ups. But wouldn't it just work to go to the gym 3 times a week and do all exercises and just eat healthy and grow some weight, and then eat some things that make you loose even more body fat too make the abs pop out?

I want a body as you how did you did? tell me! :P
