T. Rodgers is a noted and highly respected community activist and gangologist. He's the one whos called when a community has an existing or starting gang problem and wants help in stopping it, or when there are major issues between the police and gangs and even when gangs need to negotiate with each other. He works with communities, schools, youth, parents and people. His focus is forgiveness and the elimination of controllable crime. T also teaches survival skills. People are his expertise and solving people problems is what he dedicates his entire life to.
