I am a certified TRX Instructor and Fitness Professional. Running Track and Field since I was in the 4th grade. I am a 400m CA State Champion, as well as, Big West Conference Pole Vault Champion. My accomplishments and years of training to become a Professional Pole Vaulter, have given me the experience to help other athletes reach their own goals. I specialize in: Track and Field athletes, youth thur post-collegiate strength and conditioning training, TRX Suspension Training (all ages and fitness levels), Personal/Group Training, Semi-Private/Group Suspension Training, and Functional Training with a variety of body weight training modalities.
