Don't worry kid it's not a secret. It's called the Davey Knot developed by Davey Wotton, fly tyer and guide on the White River in Arkansas. Most fly fishers know about the knot. It's a simply modified version of the Figure 8 and Pitzen Knot. Videos are all over You Tube on how to tie it.
