Master Choi Jung Hwa is such a great teacher. His instruction is clear and concise. I have to admit that it sent shivers down my spine watching him execute the middle block. Perfect form and technique.

@XtraSd Not starting an arguement but merely making observations. I think your statement comes across as 'Karate had no influence whatsoever on Tae Kwon-Do' This might not be the case but either way. You are entitled to your opinion :)

@jetyan Plenty of the universities in Korea offer degrees in Tae Kwon-Do. Han Zhong, Yong-In and Chosun University to name 3. They produce fantastic athletes!

@Xuanmen9 I fully understand what you say. I was merely speaking of etiquette in the Martial Arts (like i said before my knowledge spans only from Tae Kwon-Do plus research into other arts).

This gentleman is excellent with the kids. We can learn alot of how to teach kids from this man! Kamsahamnida!

I must say, i am seeing alot of this style of pattern being performed. Although it is originally a pattern practised in Tae Kwon-Do, i wonder how it manages to find it's way into Karate?

Such an inspiring woman. I can relate to her decision as i have given up my life and lost people and am in financial difficulties in order to pursue a life of Tae Kwon-Do.

The Kukkiwon. I visited Korea this summer. Beautiful country. I wasn't very impressedc with the Kukkiwon though. Wasn;t as spectacular or big as u would first think!

Although there are lots of kicks to the head etc, the footwork and movement is very different to that of Tae Kwon-Do sparring.
